The Israelites did not recognize the gift of freedom they had received when God delivered them from the hand of Pharaoh.  They still kept the same "slave" thoughts and mentality, which kept them from experiencing true freedom.
Philippians 4:8 -- Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable -- if anything is excellent or praiseworthy -- think about such things.  

Question: In what ways do you need to change your thinking in order to experience God's freedom?

  3. Our greatest challenge is being in the world and not of the world with all its negativity. Spending time seeking and knowing God's plan for our lives through the Word is the only way to change our thinking. Staying in a place of gratitude helps me channel my thinking to experience liberty in Christ.
